Clearing of Obstacles via prayer?

Hi,
For me practically I am doing the ardaas and asking for help but always the obstacles aren't cleared. For ex. my wife is having trouble getting pregnant we have done ardaas for the last 3 years for a child but her health keeps getting worse and moving more toward a person who can't have children. Regardless of the amount of medical help we get nothing is materializing.
